Phoenix area home sales on the rise
Short sale and lender owned homes in high demand. The low prices are actually bringing in several offers on a home that is in good shape or priced exactly to sell. I have a contract on a home for my daughter that is a short sale. We are nearing the process and she will most likely get it.
