Neighborhood Stabilization Program

This is a government program where cities are given grants to purchase homes in areas that have been hard hit by foreclosures and abandonment. These homes are rehabilitated and sold. The program helps individuals in the purchase. Go to Hud.gov and search for Neighborhood Stabilization Program for more information.
